CHALLENGE
Condense a TED Talk into a clear 1-minute explainer, keeping the core idea understandable while reducing the content to its most essential points.
APPROACH
I rewrote the content into a short script and translated it into a visual story. The message is carried by an imperfect character, with each scene reflecting a specific part of the narration through simple, symbolic moments.
RESULT
A 1-minute 2D explainer that combines narration and animation, using a consistent character, clear scenes, and smooth transitions to communicate the impact of perfectionism in a direct and engaging way.

ANIMATIC
I created this animatic to test how the script and visuals work together before moving into the final animation.
It helped me check pacing, scene clarity, and whether each moment supports the overall message. This stage made it easier to spot where adjustments were needed without losing the focus of the explainer.
ANIMATION BTS
These snippets highlight the character setup behind the animation.
By exposing the underlying structure, they show how movement and expressions are controlled and adjusted, especially in moments where the character carries the narrative.
