CHALLENGE
Develop an editorial based on research around perfectionism, translating complex ideas and personal perspectives into a clear and engaging visual format.
APPROACH
I combined research with personal insight and developed a layout system that subtly breaks structure, using small imperfections to reflect the theme across the magazine.
RESULT
An editorial where content and design work together, using controlled imperfections to shift the reading experience and make the idea of perfectionism more tangible.

LAYOUT
The editorial is built on a consistent grid that creates a clear and balanced structure.
As the magazine progresses, I begin to shift elements slightly out of place – breaking alignment, rotating content, or adjusting spacing. These small imperfections build up over time and slowly disrupt the initial structure.
The idea was to let the layout move away from perfection, so the reader gradually gets used to the imperfections instead of resisting them.
